Easy is boring isn't it??? Try to get out from our comfort zone and see beyond the box at the same time outside of the box... in where the magic happens... *_^... Be strong, be brave enough... to try to do it or going through it, even though it's hard and so challenging or we might fail...
I've been through so many things in life, experiences lots of things and here I am saying this based on my own journey... What I could say is just that...
Just because you don't see results after a day or even a week, don't give up. You may not see changes, but every smart choice you make is affecting you in ways you'd never imagine!!! ^_*
